Here are some of tips to increase your flexibility.
Stand straight, inhale and raise your arms overhead. Exhale and bend at the hips, and down till you are in a position to touch the floor. Make sure you bend from the hips and not from the toes and press the palms flat.
Bring your weight a little bit forward into the ball of your feet so that your hips stay over the ankles. Let your head hang. Repeat the same process for five times. On your last bend, remain in the same position for at least seven-eight breaths.
To return back from the pose, twist upward as if pulling yourself up one vertebra at a time, piling one on the other and leaving the head hanging down till the end.
Doing this daily would help to increase your flexibility. This would also help you to maintain the perfect shape or if you feel fat then it would even help to reduce your obesity.

Bite of Japanese
Japanese cuisine is one of the most flavorful cuisines from the oriental food basket. From chirasti sushi (a combination of nine varieties of fish and vegetables), to tekkamaki(tuna roll), kappamaki(cucumber roll) or the urakamaki where the seaweed is rolled inside and the rice outside is laced with flying fish roe, you can relish the delights of japan in each bite.
Sushi is one of the better known dishes of Japanese cuisine as popular abroad as it is in Japan. Sushi is traditionally eaten in the last course of the meal. It is an arrangement of sweetened vinegared rice with a raw fish in different shapes for ex: Nigiri sushi, Vinegared rice dabbed with wasabi paste and topped with slivers of raw fish, Hosomaki thin rolled sushi wrapped in nori(Seaweed sheet) and filled with an assorted of in gradients.
Sake (Japanese rice wine) I traditionally served with sushi and sashimi. Cold sake is popular in summer or when served as an aperitif. Warm sake is popular in winter, but can also be enjoyed at any time of the year with a meal. Warming the sake reduce the alcohol content, but enhances the aroma and flavors.

Basic Table manners for Kids
- Eat with a fork unless the food is meant to be eaten with fingers.
- Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Stuffing the mouth not only looks unpleasant, it could cause choking.
- Chew with your mouth closed. No one wants to see or hear the process of mastication.
- Don’t make any rude comments about the food.
- If the meal is not buffet style, be considerate and wait until everyone is served before eating.
- Always say thank you when you are served.
- Eat slowly, don’t gobble up the food. Someone took a long time to prepare the food, enjoy it slowly.
- When eating rolls, break off a piece of bread before buttering it.
- Don’t reach over someone’s plate for something; ask for the item to be passed to you.
- Always use a napkin to dab your mouth. It should be on your lap when not in use. Remember, dab your mouth only. Do not wipe your face or blow your nose with a napkin.
